Testing the robot


Today we created a model of the challenge "Mine Sweeper" by drawing a grid on a toy car mat. As we couldn't light up the squares on the grid we labelled the grid with numbers and used a random number generator to chose which square the robot must drive to. We got positive results out of this challenge and although the grid was alot smaller than the real thing, we also are still making a few adjustments to the robot to make it even faster. 

The fastest time our team produced was 1:14 for all 20 mines defused.
